No! Sovereign Sounds is not a label. Sovereign Sounds is a creative and entertainment agency that focuses on providing end to end services for creatives and brands, while building a network and community of talent, skills, and resources.

Smoking is prohibited on premises by order of the Fire Marshall. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please utilize the designated smoking areas with provided receptacle.

Sovereign Sounds reserves the right to deny access to anyone who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs from entering our facilities and using our equipment.

We do not accept walk-ins. Our studios are booked by appointment only.

Creative Studio must be booked 24 hours in advance

Podcast Studio must be booked 24 hours in advance

Production Studio must be booked 24 hours in advance

Recording Studio A must be booked 6 hours in advance

Recording Studio B must be booked 6 hours in advance

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Prior to the start of the booking, the remaining balance is due in full.

All studio bookings require payment before booking. A minimum of 1 hour has to be paid before a booking is confirmed.

We accept various forms of payment. Deposits for studio bookings are payed online at the time of booking. Remaining balances for bookings are accepted via:

• Debit cards.

• Credit cards.

• Mobile payments.

• Invoices

• Apple Pay

• Cash App

It is not guaranteed that you will be able to extend your appointment time after the start of your booking, approval is required by the Studio Manager.

Currently, we do not issue refunds for canceled studio bookings. However, we do credit for future reservations in certain circumstances.

Bookings that are canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a credit and may use the credit for future bookings without incurring additional fees.

Bookings that are canceled less than 24 hours from the scheduled start time forfeit the deposit.

If you book the production studio with the half-room option, you may share the space only if another client happens to book at the same time, which is rare. In such cases, we will notify you in advance. Choosing the half-room option means you intend to utilize half of the studio, leaving the other half available for other bookings. Let us know if you have any questions or specific needs!
